Philippe De Montigny

CO-CEO

Philippe De Montigny is co-Chief Executive Officer of Enstructure, a privately-held, logistics company that owns and operates a network of port infrastructure assets across the United States. Mr. De Montigny holds a law degree from the University of Montreal and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Enstructure was founded with a bold idea: to build a marine terminal network with a new standard of service that would provide a holistic supply chain solution for its customers. In 2016, Philippe partnered with Matthew Satnick to embark on a mission to build a nationwide network of terminals, transportation and storage solutions designed to meet the demands of modern industries. Their vision became a reality with the acquisition of Enstructure’s first terminal in Minnesota in 2017. Since then, Enstructure has continued to expand rapidly, intentionally diversifying its business to include terminals, warehouses and cold storage facilities along key corridors of the U.S.

Today, Enstructure is an all-in-one logistics innovator that is reimagining the future of the supply chain. By seamlessly connecting critical networks with the essential materials and goods that drive the nation’s economy, Enstructure’s integrated system serves as the go-to partner for efficient, reliable cargo movement across the U.S.

“Enstructure started with an idea that our supply chains could be better – more streamlined, more transparent, and more efficient. Our investments into infrastructure and geographic expansion have built a national network with diversified service offerings that brings our idea to life by acting as a single logistics provider that’s greater than the sum of its parts.”
