Headquartered in Boston and New York City, Enstructure was founded in 2016 by co-CEOs, Philippe De Montigny and Matthew Satnick.

In May of 2019, Gateway New Haven LLC started operating the New London State Pier under a long term Concession Agreement with the Connecticut Port Authority.

Enstructure acquired Intercontinental Services (ICS), with operations in Wilmington, DE. The ICS acquisition further enhances Enstructure’s service offering in Wilmington.

Enstructure acquired The Richardson Companies, based in Houston TX. The acquisition included significant stevedoring, trucking and marine assets, and strategically expanded Enstructure’s presence in the Gulf of Mexico.

Enstructure is approved by the State of Delaware to become the operator of Port Wilmington. The transaction strategically expands Enstructure’s Wilmington terminal operations with the integration of stevedoring and an additional 1 million sq ft of warehouse capacity, including 20 million cb ft of cold storage.
