Enstructure is a privately-held terminals and logistics infrastructure company. We own and operate an integrated network of marine terminals, rail terminals, warehouses and truck fleets across the eastern half of the United States. We provide full-service and reliable logistics solutions to some of the world’s largest companies in the energy, agriculture, food, manufacturing, construction, and public safety sectors. Headquartered in Boston and New York City, Enstructure was founded in 2016 by co-CEOs, Philippe De Montigny and Matthew Satnick.

    Co-CEOs Philippe De Montigny and Matt Satnick formed a partnership with the vision of building a premier North American bulk terminals and logistics company.

    In March of 2017, CD Terminal became Enstructure’s first acquisition. CD Founder, Dan Nisbit, stayed on as President and actively manages operations.

    March 2018

    Founded in 1986 by Larry Smith, Gateway Terminal was acquired by Enstructure in March of 2018.

    In May of 2018, CD Terminal won an RFP and signed an operating agreement with the City of Red Wing MN to operate the Port of Red Wing’s Little River Bulkhead.

    Fullen Dock was founded in 1985 by two families, the Fullens and the Woods. It was acquired by Enstructure in July of 2018.

    May 2019

    In May of 2019, Gateway New Haven LLC started operating the New London State Pier under a long term Concession Agreement with the Connecticut Port Authority.

    In December 2019, Fullen Dock acquired an adjacent warehouse facility comprised of a 900,000 sq ft warehouse and a rail spur that provides unit train access.

    Founded in 1994, Ambassador Services was acquired by Enstructure in July of 2020. ASI co-owner, Brian Hubert, continues to manage operations as ASI’s President.

    July 2021

    Enstructure acquired Patriot Ports (Seaonus & Portus), six terminals with apprx. 1.2M sq ft of warehouse capacity, including 10.2M cb ft of cold storage.

    November 2021

    Enstructure acquired Port Contractors, with operations in Wilmington DE, Fairless Hills, PA and Florida. Their Mid-Atlantic operations strategically build out Enstructure’s coverage of the East Coast.

  • August 2022

    August 2022 ICS

    Enstructure acquired Intercontinental Services (ICS), with operations in Wilmington, DE. The ICS acquisition further enhances Enstructure’s service offering in Wilmington.

  • March 2023

    March 2023

    Enstructure acquired The Richardson Companies, based in Houston TX. The acquisition included significant stevedoring, trucking and marine assets, and strategically expanded Enstructure’s presence in the Gulf of Mexico.

  • July 2023

    July 2023

    Enstructure is approved by the State of Delaware to become the operator of Port Wilmington. The transaction strategically expands Enstructure’s Wilmington terminal operations with the integration of stevedoring and an additional 1 million sq ft of warehouse capacity, including 20 million cb ft of cold storage.
