Port Wilmington is strategically located on the U.S. East Coast, offering a full range of container terminal capabilities with direct and efficient access to major markets in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
Once expansions on our Delaware Container Terminal are complete, this cutting-edge facility will feature a capacity of 1.2 million TEU, setting a new standard for efficiency and performance.

Warehousing and distribution
We deliver warehousing and cold storage solutions to maintain your cargo wherever — and however — it needs to be held. This includes over 6 million square feet of warehousing space integrated within our terminal footprint, enabling the seamless transfer of products between vessels and warehouses.
In addition to warehouse space, our more than 2,000-acre operating footprint features ample exterior storage space.

Cold storage
Climate-controlled facilities in Wilmington, Delaware; Jacksonville, Florida; Port Canaveral, Florida; and Mobile, Alabama, account for 40 million cubic feet of cold storage and are strategically located at our port facilities. Leverage integrated storage solutions throughout our network to support your supply chain needs.

Auto logistics
In Jacksonville, Florida, and Wilmington, Delaware, our finished vehicles logistics division is building best-in-class, consumer-centric vehicle distribution centers. We leverage our expansive port-centric waterfront acreage, technological capabilities, human capital and commitment to quality, safety and sustainability.
Current services include stevedoring and marine terminal operations and, starting in 2025, will also include finished vehicle logistics.

Rail services
Multiple terminals offer on-site rail access that streamlines your transportation and increases throughput. Throughout our network, we offer connections to Class I rail providers, including NS, CSX, CN, BNSF and KCS.
At Enstructure New Haven, enhancements are underway to add two new railyards and over one mile of new rail track. The project will add cargo handling efficiencies that will enable facilities to service the increased cargo that is projected for the region.

Trucking
Enstructure owns and operates a trucking and trailer fleet of more than 150 vehicles and 200 modular trailers. We also partner with numerous regional and independently owned truckers to further expand trucking services and provide last mile delivery for our customers. Paired with an extensive stevedoring and storage network, our assets facilitate your logistics solutions.
Our network is strategically located near major interstate highway systems, providing efficient access across our footprint.
