Casey O’Connor

Casey O’Connor serves as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Enstructure, where he oversees the company’s legal, compliance and risk management functions.

He is a graduate of Rutgers University and Seton Hall University School of Law. Prior to joining Enstructure in 2020, Casey practiced as a corporate attorney at Lowenstein Sandler LLP and Day Pitney LLP.
