OUR STORY
Streamlining supply chain operations
Our founders set out with a vision to reimagine traditional supply chain operations by creating one integrated, national network that provides core logistics services where customers need them. Guided by a steadfast dedication to efficiency, reliability and transparency, Enstructure owns and operates marine terminals, rail terminals, warehouses and truck fleets that deliver streamlined, consolidated service to accelerate your business.
Our story
Enstructure was founded with a bold idea on the back of a napkin: to revolutionize the logistics industry by eliminating inefficiencies and defining a new standard of service within the nation’s critical supply chains.
Founders Matthew Satnick and Philippe De Montigny saw their shared vision for the supply chain of the future start to become a reality with the acquisition of Enstructure’s first bulk and breakbulk terminal in Minnesota in 2017. From there, Enstructure expanded rapidly, intentionally diversifying its portfolio to offer marine terminal services, warehouse and cold storage facilities and trucking services along key corridors of the U.S. Each addition was carefully chosen to enhance the company’s ability to deliver unmatched service to handle, store and transport cargo on time and intact from port to warehouse to final destination.
Enstructure defines supply chain operations of the future by ensuring the essential materials and goods that drive the nation’s economy move with precision, transparency and reliability.
