Steven Rand

Steve Rand serves as President of Enstructure Auto Logistics (EAL), where he leads operations and commercial strategy for Enstructure’s auto logistics business across its national network. A seasoned executive, Rand brings decades of leadership experience spanning maritime, rail, trucking, finished-vehicle logistics, and specialty chemicals.

Prior to joining Enstructure, he held senior leadership roles at CSX Transportation Intermodal for 10 years and served as CEO of AMPORTS for more than a decade, driving operational excellence and long-term growth. Rand has a strong track record of value creation in both operating and investment roles, including private equity co-investments and successful business turnarounds that significantly increased EBITDA and exit multiples.

He has led complex commercial negotiations, built high-performing sales teams, and managed large logistics platforms for public and private clients. Major OEM and retail partners, including General Motors and Home Depot, have recognized him for sustained performance and service excellence.
