Patrick O’Neill

Serving as Chief of Staff to the Co-CEOs, Patrick coordinates cross-functional priorities across the executive team. He is focused on continuously improving operating cadence and ensuring that the company’s strategic initiatives move forward swiftly and with clarity.

Patrick joined Enstructure in 2023 and previously held roles in Corporate Development, having served most recently as Vice President. Prior to Enstructure, Patrick spent three years with SiriusPoint Ltd. working in Corporate Development and Strategic Investments.

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Dartmouth College, where he studied History and Economics.
