Michel’s career path over the past 25 years has allowed him to develop deep expertise in labour relations management, both in Canada and the USA. This is a major asset for the company considering all the collective bargaining agreements the company is a party to. He has developed close relationships with employers’ associations and labour unions. Michel also has in-depth knowledge of the cargo handling sector.

Michel holds both a bachelor and a master’s degree in Industrial Relations, as well as a certificate in Business Administration from Université Laval.
