Jesse Jia

As Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, Jesse is responsible for mergers and acquisitions and corporate development across the Enstructure terminal network, including deal execution, post-close integration, and commercial operations.

Jesse has been with Enstructure since 2020, having previously served as Vice President and Associate before being promoted to his current role. Prior to Enstructure, Jesse spent six years at M&T Bank, most recently as an Investment Banking Associate in the Debt Capital Markets group, where he executed leveraged finance transactions across a variety of sectors. Jesse began his career at M&T Bank in corporate finance.

Jesse holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, in Finance from the Wharton School and in Systems Engineering, and an MBA in Corporate Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business.
