The new brand organization stresses its integrated and expanding national network and a seamless, transparent customer experience
WELLESLEY, Massachusetts, and NEW YORK, New York – May 14, 2025 – Enstructure announced a new corporate brand structure that will unite its 22 facilities under the Enstructure name and logo as part of the company’s objective to build a comprehensive logistics solution that defines the supply chain of the future.
Currently, Enstructure operates a network of 22 facilities that seamlessly integrate marine terminal operations, storage and warehousing solutions, stevedoring services, and bulk and breakbulk cargo handling. The integrated network is supported by a nearly 3,000-person workforce that’s active across nine states. In 2024, Enstructure managed 1,500 vessel calls and 16 million tons of bulk and breakbulk cargo.
Enstructure’s model streamlines the customer experience by pairing operational simplicity and real-time visibility with access to an integrated network to move cargo through major U.S. population centers along the U.S. East Coast, Gulf Coast, and Inland River system. The new brand structure aligns with Enstructure’s objective to build a unified supply chain operation that provides high-quality reliable service, unparalleled transparency, and unmatched flexibility.
Continuing to lead the business are Co-CEOs Matthew Satnick and Philippe De Montigny. Regional Presidents James Dillman (Northeast and Gulf Coast), Dan Nisbit (Inland River), Brian Hubert (Southeast), and Bayard Hogans (Mid-Atlantic) oversee regional operations.
“Enstructure is building tomorrow’s supply chain experience today. We are proving that scale, diversification, and modernization can change the logistics experience,” said De Montigny. “Our goal is to be an all-in-one logistics partner that delivers services our customers need, wherever they need them, and this new corporate brand structure is a testament to our focus on creating that all-in-one model.”
“We’re focused on delivering best-in-class services for our customers,” said Satnick. “Our vision was to build a fully integrated, scaled marine terminal network that provided a unique supply chain solution. That vision has become a reality, but we’re just getting started. We’re constantly investing in growth opportunities and our team to further enhance Enstructure’s service offering.
