Enstructure Acquires Assets of Mid-South Construction Materials, Further Expands Greater Memphis Footprint

WELLESLEY, Massachusetts and NEW YORK, New York – December 5, 2024 – Enstructure, a leading U.S. terminal and logistics company, announced today that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Mid-South Construction Materials (Mid-South Construction), further expanding its Mississippi River terminal network and Greater Memphis market presence.

Founded by the Diggs Family in 2012, Mid-South Construction is a Mississippi River terminal operator with three floating berths in Tipton County, TN. Strategically located in the growing North Memphis area, the Mid-South Construction business specializes in the handling and sale of aggregates, as well as the handling of sugar, salt, and sand. It is located approximately 30 miles north of Enstructure’s Memphis terminal on the Mississippi River. The Diggs Family will retain its dry commodities trucking business, Mid-South Suppliers.
